McCarthy & Stone
Hardie Plank Cladding
Contracted by McCarthy & Stone, Westville was instructed to install render and cladding to the newly built Elizabeth Place development in Market Harborough. Any products chosen had to be in line with the overall plans of the building, ensuring residents were warm, safe and had a beautiful place to live. A vital part of the brief was as the site was being developed near an industrial estate, the appearance needed to be kept in line with the area.
In order to keep the buildings in line with other commercial type properties within the area, Westville had to carefully select products that complimented the flat roofing designs utilised within the construction process. The products used created a building that seamlessly fit in with the surrounding area, while at the same time as retaining its individuality.
Westville completed the project on brief and on time, utilising long-lasting, hard-wearing, Hardie Plank Cladding and Wetherby Render. This created a very modern look to the building. Main contractors McCarthy & Stone were thrilled with the work undertaken by Westville, commenting on the extremely high standards achieved.
