The Project.
This detached home nestled right in the heart of Chesterfield required a full external refresh to restore its appearance and performance.
Before rendering could begin, the team identified the need for significant preparation work to ensure a long-lasting and high-quality finish.
The Work.
Our installers, Paul Johnson and Kyle Lake, began by removing the old render debris and carefully levelling the walls to create a smooth and even surface. Once prepared, a durable base coat was applied, followed by a top coat in a crisp chalk white finish.
To complete the transformation, a contrasting black damp-proof course was added to the lower walls, enhancing both protection and visual appeal. Throughout the process, Emma Wilkinson ensured clear communication with the customer, keeping them informed and supported from start to finish.
Results.
The homeowner was delighted with the transformation, praising the professional and efficient service from the office team and the respectful, helpful approach of the installers.
