The Project.
Working with Wynbrook, the specialist care home builders from Radcliffe-on-Trent, Westville were appointed to apply a 1.5mm White monocouche render to the existing block work, covering an area of 300m². Westville also installed 600m² of Loft Insulation in the new roof spaces to a depth of 300mm.
Challenges.
Working to a tight deadline Westville also had to work around the impact of the extensive landscaping. A crisp white render and mud don’t mix well, so by scheduling the works around the other trades, we were able to deliver an outstanding finish on a project Westville and Wynbrook are, understandably, very proud of.
Results.
The work was delivered to a high standard and as a result Westville have been appointed to carry out further works for the main contractor Wynbrook.
