For Quarter 3, we’re delighted to recognise the outstanding efforts of Barry Rodgers and Nicole Duncan.
Well done to this quarter’s winners:
Barry Rodgers
Barry has made a real mark since stepping into his new role as Scheme Manager. Over the last quarter, Barry has consistently delivered strong results across multiple schemes, including managing his very first cladding project and overseeing internal wall insulation (IWI) works.
On top of this, Barry helped guide Westville through two critical audits, ensuring full compliance throughout. His attention to detail, calm leadership and consistently positive customer feedback have shown exactly why he’s such a valuable member of the production team.
Nicole Duncan
Nicole has also been outstanding. Her name has appeared in multiple glowing Google reviews in recent months, a direct reflection of her proactive, customer-first approach.
She’s also earned praise from our supply chain for clear, effective communication around deployment and implementing new processes. Whether it’s resolving issues, improving systems or handling sensitive complaints, Nicole has shown empathy, professionalism and a commitment to quality that sets the standard.
