Tara Cawdell is our Compliance Manager and a key part of ensuring that Westville continues to meet the highest standards across every area of the business. Her role involves working closely with all departments to maintain compliance and supporting the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
What’s your favourite part about working for Westville?
The support every employee receives from the company and from their line managers for personal development and increased performance.
What is the most rewarding part of your role?
The possibility to connect with many external companies like our accreditors, and the insight of all our departments from a compliance point of view.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Any type of activities in connection to aviation, flying light aircraft, going to airshows and air museums, and supporting the British Women Pilots Association with events. I also enjoy gardening, aiming to become as self-sufficient as possible, and walking our little dog, which opens up a vast area for explorations around the local area and across the country.
