We’re very proud to be able to announce that two of our staff members here at Westville have won a “Making a Difference” award for August 2022.
The award, handed out by property solutions company Fortem, recognises people within the construction industry who have made a real difference for a project and their clients within any month.
The staff in question who won the awards are Glenn Straw and Jay Whalley, who have both received a £30 voucher for their hard work.
Jay is an armed forces veteran who now works in our external wall insulation team, whilst Glen has been with us for over 16 years, starting as a loft insulation installer before joining the external wall team.
They are often the first team to start work and the last to pack away. During August they gave 100% to ensure that the targets are met on our Larwood project, even on days when one of them was on annual leave they have worked tirelessly to achieve what is required.
We want to take this opportunity to both congratulate and thank Jay & Glen for their work and this award – thanks lads, we’re lucky to have you!
