Linda joined Westville in April 2023 to look after their clients from both a project creation/funding perspective and adding value to the service they receive.
Linda’s career has been in client management, sales and marketing, starting with local newspapers, then 20 years with Yellow Pages/Yell.com managing a portfolio of premier business clients for both their directory print advertising and online digital marketing. Latterly she’s been with Hillary’s Blinds for 8 years, creating window dressing solutions for domestic householders.
Linda is passionate about customer experience and ensuring every client gets the very best in quality and service.
One of her first projects was to speak to residents for feedback on the service they’ve received from Westville and how they feel about their insulation transformation.
This has produced superb feedback scores (96% in Derby, 90% in Ripley) and many positive comments to share with the council/local authority who’s project it is. It is also giving Westville invaluable feedback on what they can do to continually improve.
Her marketing background is helping clients with limited experience & resources in this area, to target the right residents for government funded schemes and also create branding with their leaflets, brochures, banners and project portfolios.
