We take customer service very seriously here at Westville. We aim to ensure that everyone who contacts us, customer or not, gets the very best experience possible and is provided with all of the information that they need. So, with that said, we were very happy to be receive the “Customer Service Award” at the Chad Business Awards 2016.
Things have been pretty exciting down here at Westville lately, with our brand new logo, new fleet of vans, and now our new website, so the team arrived at the awards ceremony in good spirits. The venue, The John Fretwell Sporting Complex, looked fantastic, and everyone looked suitably dapper in their best black tie outfits, setting us all up for a good night.
It became a truly fantastic night though, when our named was called out for the “Customer Service Award”, recognising all of the hard work we put into making sure we provide the highest quality of service. From our office staff who use the phones, to our insulation installers who work out and about, we all strive to be the best.
We’re so very proud to have won this award, and we would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support, all of our staff for their hard work, and the organisers of the Chad Awards for a terrific event.
We’re already looking forward to next year!
